SSL or TLS encryption
This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential information, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the website operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar in your browser changes from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the padlock icon in your browser bar.
When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Access, erasure and rectification
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain, free of charge, information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, and, where applicable, the right to have this data rectified or erased. - If we no longer require your personal data, but you require it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of its erasure.

We hereby object to the use of contact details published in accordance with the legal requirement to provide an imprint for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. Cookies
Server log files
The provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources.
This data is collected on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in ensuring the technically error-free display and optimisation of its website – to this end, the server log files must be recorded.
Enquiries by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all personal data contained therein (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of dealing with your request. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of this data is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, provided that your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) or on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), provided that this has been requested.
The data you send to us via contact enquiries will remain with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. once your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed via a single interface. Google Tag Manager merely implements tags. This means that no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been carried out at domain or cookie level, it remains in effect for all tracking tags, provided these are implemented using Google Tag Manager.
Web Booking Engine
To ensure the best possible user experience, the web booking engine on this website requires unrestricted functionality. For this reason, we classify the cookies set by the external provider (as mentioned above) as “technically necessary”. This means that whenever you visit pages on which the widget from the aforementioned provider is embedded, cookies are always set and personal data is collected. Please note that responsibility for the transmission and processing of your data lies with the aforementioned company and takes place without our involvement. For detailed information on the handling of user data, please contact the aforementioned provider directly.

Social media
Data processing by social networks
We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social media platforms. The specific social media platforms we use are listed below.
Social media platforms such as Facebook (Meta Platforms Inc.), LinkedIn, etc. can generally analyse your user behaviour in detail when you visit their website or a website featuring integrated social media content (e.g. ‘Like’ buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media pages triggers numerous data-processing operations relevant to data protection.
Specifically: If you are logged into your social media account and visit our social media presence, the operator of the social media portal can associate this visit with your user account. However, your personal data may also be collected even if you are not logged in or do not have an account with the relevant social media portal. In this case, data is collected, for example, via cookies stored on your device or by recording your IP address.
Using the data collected in this way, the operators of the social media platforms can create user profiles that record your preferences and interests. In this way, interest-based advertising may be displayed to you both on and off the respective social media platform. If you have an account with the relevant social network, interest-based advertising may be displayed on all devices on which you are logged in or have previously been logged in.
Please also note that we are not able to track all data processing activities on social media platforms. Depending on the provider, further processing operations may therefore be carried out by the operators of the social media platforms. For further details, please refer to the terms of use and privacy policies of the respective social media platforms.
Legal basis
Our social media accounts are intended to ensure the most comprehensive online presence possible. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The analysis processes initiated by the social networks may be based on different legal grounds, which must be specified by the operators of the social networks (e.g. consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Data controller and exercising your rights
If you visit one of our social media pages (e.g. Facebook), we are jointly responsible with the operator of the social media platform for the data processing operations triggered by that visit. You may, in principle, exercise your rights (right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint) both against us and against the operator of the relevant social media platform (e.g. against Facebook). Please note that, despite our joint responsibility with the social media platform operators, we do not have full control over the data processing operations carried out by the social media platforms. Our options depend largely on the corporate policy of the respective provider.
Retention period
Data collected directly by us via our social media presence is deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies, you request that we delete it, you withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your device until you delete them. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected. We have no influence over the retention period of your data stored by the operators of social networks for their own purposes. For further details, please contact the operators of the social networks directly (e.g. via their privacy policy, see below).

Analytics tools and advertising
Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland (“Google”), which enables the analysis of website usage.
When using Google Analytics 4, so-called “cookies” are used by default. Cookies are text files that are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of a website. The information collected by cookies about your use of the website (including the IP address transmitted by your device, truncated to the last few digits; see below) is generally transmitted to a Google server, where it is stored and processed. This may also involve the transmission of information to the servers of Google LLC, a company based in the USA, where the information may be further processed.
When using Google Analytics 4, the IP address transmitted by your device whilst you are using the website is, by default and automatically, always collected and processed in an anonymised manner only, thereby ruling out any direct personal identification of the information collected. This automatic anonymisation is achieved by Google truncating the last few digits of the IP address transmitted by your device whilst you are within a Member State of the European Union (EU) or another signatory state to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).
On our behalf, Google uses this and other information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on your website activity and usage behaviour, and to provide us with further services relating to your use of the website and the internet. In doing so, the truncated IP address transmitted from your device via Google Analytics 4 is not combined with any other data held by Google. The data collected through the use of Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months and then deleted.
Google Analytics 4 also enables, via a special function known as ‘demographic characteristics’, the creation of statistics providing information on the age, gender and interests of website users, based on an analysis of interest-based advertising and using third-party information. This makes it possible to identify and distinguish between different user groups on the website for the purpose of tailoring marketing measures to specific target audiences. However, data collected via ‘demographic characteristics’ cannot be attributed to any specific individual and therefore cannot be linked to you personally. This data collected via the ‘demographic characteristics’ feature is retained for two months and then deleted.
All processing described above, in particular the setting of Google Analytics cookies for the storage and retrieval of information on the device you use to access the website, takes place only if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used whilst you are using the website. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. To withdraw your consent, please deactivate this service via the ‘Cookie Consent Tool’ provided on the website.
In connection with this website, the ‘UserIDs’ function is also used as an extension of Google Analytics 4. By assigning individual UserIDs, we can have Google generate cross-device reports (known as ‘cross-device tracking’). This means that, provided you have given your consent to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, your usage behaviour may also be analysed across devices, provided that you have set up a personal account by registering on this website and are logged into your personal account on various devices using your relevant login details. The data collected in this way shows, amongst other things, on which device you first clicked on an advert and on which device the relevant conversion took place.
Google Signals
In connection with this website, the Google Signals service is also used as an extension of Google Analytics 4. Google Signals enables us to generate cross-device reports via Google (known as ‘cross-device tracking’). Provided that you have enabled ‘personalised adverts’ in your Google Account settings and have linked your internet-enabled devices to your Google Account, Google may analyse your usage behaviour across devices, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and create database models based on this. This takes into account the logins and device types of all website users who were logged into a Google Account and carried out a conversion. Among other things, the data shows on which device you first clicked on an advert and on which device the relevant conversion took place. We do not receive any personal data from Google in this context, but only statistics generated on the basis of Google Signals. You have the option to disable the ‘personalised ads’ feature in your Google Account settings, thereby disabling cross-device analysis in connection with Google Signals. To do so, please follow the instructions on this page.
Google Ads
The website operator uses Google Ads. Google Ads is an online advertising programme provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Ads enables us to display adverts in the Google search engine or on third-party websites when users enter specific search terms into Google (keyword targeting). Furthermore, targeted adverts can be displayed based on user data held by Google (e.g. location data and interests) (audience targeting). As the website operator, we can evaluate this data quantitatively, for example by analysing which search terms led to our adverts being displayed and how many adverts resulted in corresponding clicks.
The use of Google Ads is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in marketing its services and products as effectively as possible.
Google Remarketing
This website uses the features of Google Analytics Remarketing. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Remarketing analyses your user behaviour on our website (e.g. clicking on specific products) in order to categorise you into specific advertising target groups and subsequently display relevant advertising messages to you when you visit other online sites (remarketing or retargeting).
Furthermore, the advertising target groups created using Google Remarketing can be linked to Google’s cross-device functions. In this way, interest-based, personalised advertising messages – which have been tailored to you based on your previous usage and browsing behaviour on one device (e.g. a mobile phone) – can also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g. a tablet or PC).
If you have a Google account, you can opt out of personalised advertising via the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/.
The use of Google Remarketing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in marketing its products as effectively as possible. Where consent has been sought, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Further information and the data protection provisions can be found in Google’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=de.
Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Conversion Tracking enables Google and us to determine whether a user has carried out specific actions. For example, we can analyse which buttons on our website are clicked and how often, and which products are viewed or purchased particularly frequently. This information is used to compile conversion statistics. We are informed of the total number of users who have clicked on our adverts and the actions they have carried out. We do not receive any information that would allow us to personally identify the user. Google itself uses cookies or similar recognition technologies for identification purposes.
The use of Google Conversion Tracking is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analysing user behaviour in order to optimise both its website and its advertising. Where relevant consent has been sought (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Further information on Google Conversion Tracking can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
Meta Pixel
This website uses a pixel from Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure visitor conversions. The provider of this service is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. However, according to Facebook, the data collected is also transferred to the USA and other third countries.
This allows the behaviour of website visitors to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advert. This enables the effectiveness of Facebook adverts to be analysed for statistical and market research purposes, and future advertising campaigns to be optimised.
The data collected is anonymous to us as the operators of this website; we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, meaning that a link to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Use Policy. This enables Facebook to display adverts both on Facebook pages and outside of Facebook. As the website operator, we have no influence over this use of the data.
The use of Meta Pixel is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in effective advertising measures, including on social media. Where consent has been sought (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR; consent may be withdrawn at any time.
You can find further information on the protection of your privacy in Facebook’s privacy policy: https://de-de.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
You can also disable the ‘Custom Audiences’ remarketing feature in the ad settings section. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.
If you do not have a Facebook account, you can disable usage-based advertising from Facebook on the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance website.
